2022 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

We've secured an incredible deal on a hedonistic Napa Valley expression! Technically, it's a beautiful Bordeaux-style blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 6% Malbec, 1% Petit Verdot. The source winery labels it Proprietary Red, but considering the high ratio of Cab, we’ve simply labeled it Cabernet Sauvignon.

A sophisticated nose of crushed violets, blackberry, boysenberry sauce, new leather, dark chocolate, red berries, and a faint hint of herbs emerges from the glass. Upon the palate, the wine reveals masterful structure with finesse - balanced acidity and small, grippy tannins set the table for dark cherries and blackberries, followed by a graceful finish that takes you on delineated waves of black fruit umami, vanilla blossoms, and baking spices. A wine of both presence and power.
