Upon entry, cherries and strawberry sauce intermingle with dried leaves, framed by balanced acidity and small, crushed tannins. A long, dynamic finale begins with a spiced wave, settling into red berries and a kiss of vanilla before rose hips and vanilla bean overtake the umami.
