2019 Atlas Peak Syrah

Deep ruby/opaque in the glass but not inky. Complex, beautiful bouquet of white lily, blueberry, and coffee bean with savory, earthy graphite, plum preserve and beef jerky notes rounding things out. Full-bodied and powerful on entry with blue fruit poking through a delicious amalgam of savory oak and plum reduction notes. Huge length on the finish with gobs of extract echoing across your palate. Should be nice this Fall.
